I never thought I would actually enjoy running, but now I really look forward to my running mornings with my baby and thoroughly enjoy them.

Our Babyfit sessions are designed for ladies who are keen to get back to exercising post baby. You might be struggling to fit exercise in to your new routine, desperate to get back in shape and the best bit is you can bring your baby along!  Coach Rachel is an experienced PT and can help you get back into shape with other ladies in the same position. The main aim is to enjoy what you are doing in the fresh air and feel great afterwards!
