This course is perfect for those of you able to run 5k. You can push on to 6k or 7k but really want to get to that elusive 10k!
We will build you up nice and gradually from around 6k to 9k over the 5 week period and give you lots of pointers to help you get there whether it be strengthening, nutrition, hydration and recovery. The fifth week coincides nicely with the 10k Winter Run in London on 3rd February.
Everyone on the course will be in the same boat so you can all work towards your goal together.
