This course is perfect for those of you able to run 5k.  You can push on to 6k or 7k but really want to get to that elusive 10k!

We will build you up nice and gradually from around 6k to 9k over the 5 week period and give you lots of pointers to help you get there whether it be strengthening, nutrition, hydration and recovery. The fifth week coincides nicely with the 10k Winter Run in London on 3rd February.

Everyone on the course will be in the same boat so you can all work towards your goal together.


I found out about Reigate Ladies Joggers through Anna, who leads the running group. At the time I started I had never run before and I must admit to feeling doubtful that I would enjoy it. Right from my very first session Anna was incredibly supportive. Even when I was the slowest runner, Anna made me feel a sense of achievement which really spurred me on. The session are varied and always interesting with Anna frequently surprising us with new routes. As I result a once very reluctant runner has now caught the bug!
