Our longer distance course is designed for runners who can currently run approximately 5 miles and want to increase their distance and stamina. We shall be building up from 5 miles to approximately 9 miles over the 5 week course.

5 week course just £70 (or £30 top up if on our unlimited plan) - next course starts Sunday 4th August until Sunday 1st September

This course will focus on getting runners ready for a half marathon.  We will start at 8 miles building by 1 mile a week up to 12 miles over the 5 week course.
