5 week longer distance course just £60 - next course starts Sunday 10th February until Sunday 17th March (excluding 17th February)

Our longer distance course is designed for runners who can currently run approximately 5 miles and want to increase their distance and stamina. We shall be building up from 5 miles to approximately 9 miles over the 5 week course.

We also have a Longer Longer distance course - next course starts TBC

This course will focus on getting runners ready for a half marathon.  We will start at 8 miles building by 1 mile a week up to 12 miles over the 5 week course.
