Run and Strength Sessions
We a fantastic Run & Strength session on our timetable from Wray Common on a Wednesday evening.
We will run for approx. 30 mins and then there will be a 30 minute HIIT session. There is a steady run option and a more pacey one.
This session is run by fully trained Personal Trainer to provide you with strengthening exercises specifically designed for runners and appropriate to you.
Next block session starts:
Wednesday 11th September @ 7.30pm from Wray Common, Reigate (£60 for 6 weeks or £20 top up if on Unlimited Plan)
