Run and Strengthening Sessions

We have two Run & Strength session on our timetable.  One from Wray Common on a Wednesday evening and one from Old Reigatians on a Thursday morning.

On the Wednesday session we will run for approx. 30 mins and then there will be a 30 minute HIIT session.

On a Thursday will we will run for 45 minutes and then head to the ORRFC gym for a fab 45 minute session. 

These session are run by fully trained Personal Trainers to provide you with strengthening exercises specifically designed for runners and appropriate to you.

Next block sessions start:

Wednesday 6th June @ 7.30pm from Wray Common, Reigate

Thursday 7th June @ 9.15am from Old Reigatians, Reigate
