Run and Strengthening Sessions
We have two Run & Strength session on our timetable. One from Battlebridge Running Track on a Monday morning and one from Old Reigatians on a Thursday morning.
On a Monday and Friday sessions we will run for approx. 30 mins and then there will be a 30 minute HIIT session.
On a Thursday will we will run for 45 minutes and then head to the ORRFC gym for a fab 45 minute session.
These session are run by fully trained Personal Trainers n to provide you with strengthening exercises specifically designed for runners and appropriate to you.

Monday 8th January @ 9.15am from Battlebridge Running Track in Merstham
Thursday 11th January @ 9.15am from Old Reigatians, Reigate
Friday 12th January @ 8.45am from The Hawthorns School, Bletchingley
