Run and Strengthening Session

We have an exciting new session launching in June. 

This will comprise a 45 minute run followed by a 45 minutes session in the gym at ORRFC. There will be a fully trained Personal Trainer taking the gym session to provide you with strengthening exercises specifically designed for runners and appropriate to you.

Next block sessions start: Thursday 14th September @ 9.15am from Old Reigatians.
