Most of our sessions have different pace options:
1️⃣ Gentle - very steady jogging with regular breaks, walking and and jogging combinations - shortest distance.
2️⃣ Steady/Intermediate - walking and jogging with some breaks.A comfortable but purposeful pace. Slight increase in distance.
3️⃣ Tempo - jogging and running sections. A combination of sections feeling light and sections of feeling harder. Occasional breaks. Increased distance and pace.
4️⃣ Advanced - Running with breaks for roads etc but no scheduled stops. Further distance and increased pace.
