Our women's running group based in Redhill and Reigate is the answer to committing to your running again and getting fit and feeling great again. We know it's not easy after a break, so we will take it very slowly and build up very gradually. Everyone on the course will be in the same boat as you.

Here are some additional details about our women's running group:

  • The group is open to all women, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience.

  • We meet once a week for a run and give you homework to complete in between

  • The runs are led by experienced coaches who will help you to improve your running technique and fitness.

  • The group is a great way to meet lots of local ladies and make friends who all have come to share a love of running.
