Experience the Reigate Ladies Joggers community. Running with us is like no other fitness group. We are a community of fun, friendly women who are non-competitive. We welcome everyone at all running levels and abilities.
SOME PRACTICIALTIES
What to bring
All you really need is a good sports bra and good running trainers. In the winter (Sept to March) you will need a head or body torch & hi-vis item. When it’s summer (April to August), then a cap and water bottle is advisable.
Our Locations
We run from lots of locations around Redhill & Reigate which includes St Bedes school car park, Wray Common, Battlebridge running track, Reigate Hill & Priory Park.
Our coaches
All our coaches are UK Athletics qualified coaches who are also First Aid trained. They are encouraging and supportive and share the same love for the freedom, strength and positive mental health running brings.
